The price of Casa la Piedra House for rent for one week is three hundred and fifty pounds sterling per week (approximately five hundred euro. This is based on 2/4 people. The price includes, electricity, gas, water, linen, towels and firewood.

Reductions: 10 % discount for stays longer than two weeks. 20% discount for all stays of at least one month. As a rule no discounts are given in summertime (beginning of July to end of September).

Prices remain the same all the year round. This is because we include the price of heating in the winter months., I.e., firewood, gas fires. Andalusia enjoys approximately 320 warm sunny days in the year, however, when the sun goes down in the winter evenings it is necessary to heat the house.

The house is cleaned before arrival and after departure. The house is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils, glasses etc., if there are any breakage's we would ask you to replace them or a charge will be made for replacing the item broken.

Casa la Piedra is a private property, not subject to agency fees, therefore there is no VAT/IVA. The above price of £350 sterling/five hundred euro per week is inclusive.

Please e-mail / telephone to enquire for availability. If the house is available we will hold the booking for three days to enable time for booking flights. A deposit of fifty percent should be payed immediately into a UK or Spanish bank account within the three day period. The balance six weeks prior to the booking date. As soon as dates are agreed a Booking Form will be sent to you which must be signed and returned. Deposits are non-refundable. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We will then give further instructions on how to get the keys.

Note: We cannot accept credit cards at Casa la Piedra.

IMPORTANT; If you have difficulty locating the house on arrival please telephone at the first possible phone box on your arrival in Competa and someone will come and find you.

Daily rates can be obtained at short notice. (it will be necessary to telephone to enquire if this is possible).
